Superintendent's Message
Welcome to Chimacum School District! Located at the confluence of fertile valleys, the Olympic Mountains, and the Salish Sea, we strive to be the heart center of a proud and vibrant community where all students and families thrive. Prioritizing community partnerships, place-based learning, and cultivating belonging for our students, we are focused on our core purpose to be a caring community for courageous learners.
Each day the Chimacum staff- teachers, drivers, custodians, administrators, and support staff- are dedicated to ensuring all students are known by name, strength and need, so our students can learn, dream, and become. We are excited to serve our community’s children with engaging learning activities that challenge and motivate each child!

BUDGET EXTENSION HEARING FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
The Chimacum School Board of Directors will hold a public hearing for the 2023-2024 Capital Projects Fund Budget extension on April 24, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Chimacum School District Conference Room #702 located at 91 West Valley Road, Chimacum, Washington.
Any member of the public is welcome to attend and may be heard for or against any part of the proposed Capital Projects Fund 2023-2024 Budget extension. A copy of the proposed budget extension will be available starting April 17, 2024, at the District Office and on the district website – CSD49.org.
