Fall Sports

Football — August 16 Volleyball, Girls Soccer, Boys Tennis — August 21

Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) requires that students have 10 practices (12 for Football) before competing in a contest. As a participant in any activity, students are not eligible to practice or compete in contests until the following are completed and turned in to the office:

1. Eligibility Form

2. Physical Examination Form (good for 24 months, all incoming 9th graders need a new physical)

3. Medical Emergency Authorization, which may include school Insurance (must purchase), if not insured.

4. Athletic Pledge

5. Sport Specific Safety Form

6. Fees Paid

a. ASB Card ($30)

b. User Fee ($50) there is a discount for students on free and reduced lunch

c. All fines previously incurred

**For fall sports, fees must be paid before the first competition.**

School insurance may be purchased. The forms are available in the HIGH SCHOOL OFFICE. A link to those forms will follow at a future date. You may call the office at 732-4090 ext. 241 for more information.
