Importing Grade Files From WSIPC

Follow these steps:
1. On your desktop, have a folder ready to copy the files into.
2. Go into the Apple Menu and select the Chooser.
3. Select Appleshare then in the right hand window select and open Cronus.
4. Log in to Cronus with your login name and password.
5. Once you have entered your Name and Password, click on Okay, then click on Okay again once the second window comes up. Close the Chooser window at this point.
6. Find the Cronus icon on your desktop and open it.
7. Open the Staff folder, then open the Special Projects folder.
8. Open the Middle School Class Lists folder and open the correct quarter folder.
9. Find all the files with your last name and select them all. Drag these
files onto the folder you created in step 1 that is somewhere on your desktop. This will copy all your class lists.
10. You may drag the Cronus icon into the trash now. This will take all the Cronus windows away.
11. Start Grade Machine or Easy Grade Pro (email Al for the correct plugins if you haven't already). Go to File, Import.
12. In the Import window, scroll to the bottom and select WSIPC.
13. Click on desktop and open up your grades folder. Select a class list
and click on Okay. You will then have that class list ready to go.
