Selecting a Printer
- Go the Apple Menu and select the Chooser.
- On the left side of the Chooser, select LaserWriter 8 (click
on it once only).

- On the right side a list of printers should show up.
- If a list of printers does not show up, check your network
connections and/or check Appletalk in the control panels to make sure
everything is set up properly.

- Choose a printer by clicking on it once.
- Then close the Chooser window. That's it!
- Somewhere on the desktop you should see a printer icon with
the name of the printer you chose.

- Once you've selected a few different printers, you can easily
switch from printer to printer from the control strip and skip steps one through
six above.
- If you can't find the control strip, go the Control
Panels, choose Control Strip and make sure you select Show Control Strip.
