Computer Donation Guidelines - The Chimacum Schools will gladly accept your donation of a working computer at the District Office. If you wish to receive a tax write-off for the donation, you must fill out a donation form which is viewed by the School Board at their normal scheduled meeting. Due to the time involved in getting files moved to the new servers, many of my support tickets have gone unanswered.  It looks as though I am over a major part of the server setup and will be shifting back to primarily working on support tickets.  Thank you to all of you how have been patiently waiting.

Email problems first week of May

All of the files have been moved from the Cronus files server on to the AD1 or Active Directory server.  AD1 runs Windows 2003 Server and required that certain name be changed.  Files with /, \, *. ‘ and more than one period, all had to be renamed.  Most of the characters were removed or replaced with [...]

Wireless 60% Done

The new wireless installation is about 60% complete.  Most should see better coverage and more reliable trainsfers.  The remainder is expected to be completed next school year.
