Legacy Print Patch Installation and Use

To use the print utility:

1. Generate the desired Legacy report as normal, stopping at the “Position paper to top of form, press RETURN” prompt.
2. Press the ‘F5′ key. This will start the report scrolling down the screen.
3. When the report completes scrolling press the ‘F6′ key. This will launch the print utility.
4. Select the desired printer in the ‘Send Output to:’ pull down box. (It will initially be set to the computers default printer.)
5. Select the desired output format button to send data to the printer.
6. The print utility will send the report to the printer and automatically close.
7. The utility may be exited without producing a printout by selecting ‘Exit’
